Travel agency role

pathandpixelpvtltd acts as an agent arranging travel components (lodging, transport, experiences, and related services) with third-party suppliers. Your contract for many services is directly with those suppliers; we coordinate on your behalf in line with their terms and availability.

Bookings, pricing, and payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated in writing. Published prices may change before deposit due to currency fluctuation or supplier adjustments. Deposits and payment schedules are outlined in your trip proposal or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of reservations.

Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, and insurance adequate for your itinerary. We may assist with general guidance, but entry requirements remain your obligation.

Changes by suppliers

Hotels, airlines, and local operators may alter schedules, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives of comparable quality when substitutions are required.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pathandpixelpvtltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your travel — including loss of enjoyment — except where such limitation is prohibited. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific booking is limited to the fees paid to pathandpixelpvtltd for arranging that booking, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

Conduct

Travelers must follow guide instructions and local laws. We may remove a traveler from a trip — without refund — if behavior endangers others, damages property, or breaches supplier rules.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, imagery, branding) is owned by pathandpixelpvtltd or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Communications

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to us contacting you about your trip. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pathandpixelpvtltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home country apply.
